We went out every morning for breakfast. Did not have breakfast at the hotel. The hotel is close to the main streets where all the restaurants are so finding good meals won't be a problem. Bus stops are within walking distances. Staffs are nice and polite. Clean room. The best thing about this place is how hidden and quiet it is.

Nice boutique hotel in a good location in Hanoi, away from the main hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter but yet central enough to be near to restaurants and shops, etc. Nice decor, slightly Moroccan in style and comfortable, good sized rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The receptionists are friendly and pretty, can speak English fluently (Ms. Trang Luong). The room is very nice, especially the bathroom is quite comfortable. Conveniently located.
